Meet Alexa, our sweet-natured Japanese quail!

Alexa is a darling little quail with a gentle nature and a curious sparkle in her eyes. She loves watching the world around her and brings a soft, calming presence wherever she goes. She'd thrive in a secure predator-proof yard pen with plenty of space to roam, ability to be protected from the elements, some loose dirt available for dust-bathing, and low shelters or plants to help her feel safe. Because Japanese quail can jump surprisingly high - often straight up several feet if startled - it's ideal for her enclosure to be netted in. She'd also enjoy the company of other mellow quail and caregivers who keep her environment peaceful and predictable.
