Hi, I’m Charlie
Charlie is a young, goofy boy bursting with energy and love. He's still learning his manners and can get jumpy and overexcited, sometimes trying to use people as a springboard. With his smarts and strong food motivation, he'll thrive with ongoing positive reinforcement training and plenty of enrichment.
He loves being the center of attention and would enjoy a home where he can snuggle on the couch and have indoor/outdoor access. Charlie is an active, busy boy who needs a family able to provide lots of physical and mental stimulation, along with some structured downtime to help him settle. He's always ready for adventure.
Charlie will benefit from a family who can spend time helping him settle in and gradually build up to being alone. Positive activities and enrichment before departures will help support him.
He is short but strong on lead and would do best with older, calmer children who can read his cues. Charlie is still learning to walk nicely on lead and build basic manners. He may enjoy a dog friend, as he is social and eager to meet other dogs.
