Hi, I’m Olive
Olive is a sweet, bashful girl who's making slow but steady progress after coming into care as a timid stray.
While she may be shy at first, with time and patience, her gentle and affectionate nature begins to shine-especially if you come bearing her favourite fishy wet food and a soft cheek scratch.
Olive will need a calm, understanding adopter who can recognise that she may take a little while to settle into a new environment and should be given the space and time she needs to feel safe.
We recommend a home with teens or older children who are able to read basic cat body language and respect her need for quiet moments.
In the shelter, Olive has shown some intolerance towards other cats, often becoming hissy or vocal around them, so she's likely to be happiest as the only cat in the home.
