Everyday things like brooms, curtains, or even a sudden hand reaching for pats can be a bit scary right now. But with patience (and plenty of tasty treats), Mufasa is learning that people are kind and laps are the comfiest place to be.
Mufasa may also benefit from the company of a calm, well-adjusted dog who can gently model confidence and help show him the ropes. With slow, positive introductions, a doggy friend could help bring out his playful side.
Mufasa will thrive in a calm home with respectful kids and a safe space he can retreat to when life feels overwhelming. His new family should take things slow - think backyard exploring before big adventures, and gentle strolls instead of busy dog parks.
