Hi, I’m First Officer Fluffenchops

Hey there folks, my name's First Officer Fluffenchops and I am one happy Cockatiel, reporting for duty! I'm on the hunt for my forever home where I can spread my wings, have a chat, and just be my quirky little self.

Did you know Cockatiels make excellent avian companions? We're social, full of personality, and love being part of the action. I'm no exception - I'll come right up to the front of my cage to say hello and will even vocalise to get your attention! I'm definitely interested in people, even if I'm still learning to trust those big human hands.

Right now, I'm still a little skittish and cautious - if you offer me your hand, I might back away, but don't take it personally. I'm warming up, bit by bit! I won't take sunflower seeds straight from your fingers just yet, but if you drop one nearby? Oh, I'm all over it. Lately, I've even started accepting sunflower seeds directly from hands, so progress is definitely happening!

I also know how to step up, but fair warning - I can get a bit cheeky and rush up to your shoulder before I'm invited. What can I say? I'm eager to be part of the crew!
