Say hello to Benson, a young American Staffy pup with a playful spirit, a cheeky grin, and a heart full of potential. Once Benson feels safe and comfortable, his fun-loving personality shines through - he'll keep you smiling with his toy antics and clever use of enrichment feeders!
Like many pups, Benson is still learning about the world and can feel a bit unsure in new environments or around unfamiliar people. He'll need slow introductions and a patient home that lets him approach in his own time. The good news? It doesn't take long to win this boy over - especially if you come bearing treats!
Benson is already nailing his 'sit' and, being very food motivated, he's eager to learn more. He'll thrive in a home that offers positive reinforcement training, lots of enrichment, and plenty of chew toys to keep those puppy teeth busy.
Benson must be welcomed indoors as a valued family member, and he'd do best in a calm home with older kids who understand how to give him space when needed. He's open to living with another friendly dog, pending a successful meet and greet at the time of adoption.

- A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
